Major League Baseball Spring Training 2023 is finally here and baseball fans are gearing up for an exciting season! The spring training season officially begins on Friday, February 24th, for the Cactus League in Arizona, and Saturday, February 25th, for the Grapefruit League in Florida. Here is the spring training 2023 schedule for Grapefruit and Cactus League.
Each year, spring training is an exciting time in Florida and Arizona. Many baseball fans will travel to the Sunshine State or the Grand Canyon State to catch America’s favorite pastime sport, baseball.
With the excitement of baseball season comes the need for great seats and the perfect spot to enjoy a cold beverage and set snacks down while watching the game. While VIP areas are not new to the ballpark scene, the latest enhancements are constantly changing at stadiums nationwide. They include partnerships like peanuts and crackerjacks, baseball and a cold beer, or more specifically, a beer sponsor and a branded VIP section. Not to mention, baseball stadiums are upgrading their VIP sections with drink rails, cup holders that keep beverages colder, club seating, and features with integrated technology for smartphones.
Here are three examples of the new updates we hope to see coming to all baseball stadiums across the country.
- KAUFFMAN STADIUM
Kauffman Stadium is known as one of the crown jewel ballparks in Major League Baseball (MLB). The 37,903-seat stadium is home to the Kansas City Royals.
The Drink Rails were designed with the Miller Lite® branding graphics on vinyl. Designed exclusively for Molson Coors, the Drink Rails and Table Tops are made with Dolphin Gray, 3/4” gauge of King StarBoard®.
The drink rails are available in various lengths with 1, 2, or 3-cup holders. The Cup Holders keep the beer colder, so the last sip is colder and more refreshing than the first. The drink rails are adjustable to bar height for bar stools and standing-only, or ADA height for lower seating and wheelchairs. Features include inductive phone chargers, purse hooks, foot rails, and power that can be controlled at the drink rail or hard-wired into the venue’s electricity.
The Miller Lite® Fountain Bar Deck features patio-style seating, high-definition TVs, and food and soft drink options for guests to eat, socialize and watch the game with a spectacular view of the field.
2. T-Mobile Park
T-Mobile Park is a state-of-the-art retractable roof ballpark that opened in 1999 and has become one of the premier facilities in Major League Baseball (MLB). The 47,929-seat stadium is home to the Seattle Mariners.
The Drink Rails were designed so that guests face the same direction and experience a shared event. Designed exclusively for Molson Coors, the Drink Rails and Table Tops are made with Dolphin Gray, 3/4” gauge of King StarBoard®.
