Weekend Night Shift (6:45pm – 7:00am Fri, Sat, Sun)
The availability of overtime on your days off on an as-needed basis.
Opening:
This position reports to the Recycle department manager and will be responsible for operating grinders to regrind material for conserving and re-use.
Work as a team to make sure the grinders are running well, meeting daily goals, training, and doing cleanouts when needed. Grinding Technicians will be responsible for daily maintenance and monitoring of grinders/related equipment.
Safety minded, cleanliness, maintain and operate grinding machines to maximum capacity, problem solving, trains and coaches others, communicates and builds a positive team environment.
