Overview:
King Plastic Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Service Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing day to day support to the National Sales Manager and Customer Service Team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with National Sales Manager in the development of sales presentations using Microsoft Power Point
- Extract and analyze data using Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel
- Process customer orders and sample requests
- Maintain Customer lead program
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Customer Service Teams
- Assist with customer service duties as needed
- Other duties may be required as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, multitasking, and ability to prioritize
- Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management
- Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Proficient in data extraction and analysis using Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Three plus years experience in Administrative or Coordinator role for Sales and/or Customer Service
